Wax Jambu, also known as Water Apple or Rose Apple, is a tropical fruit tree known for its glossy, bell-shaped fruits. The fruit has a crisp, juicy texture with a refreshing, mildly sweet flavour—similar to biting into a very light, watery apple. Its skin can range from red, pink, green, or white, depending on the variety.

The tree itself is evergreen, fast-growing, and can reach around 6–10 meters in height. It produces clusters of showy white or pink flowers that later develop into the attractive fruits. Wax Jambu thrives in warm, humid climates, prefers full sun, and fruits abundantly when given regular watering.
