This small evergreen tree is grown for its aromatic leaves and knobbly bumpy fruit. Kaffir Lime leaves are an essential ingredient in many southeast Asian cuisines, and they are extremely aromatic and are best used fresh off the tree, keeping all of the volatile oils fresh and flavoursome.
